Jason advocates for military personnel before Courts-Martial, Boards of Inquiry (BOI), and Administrative Separation Boards (ASB). He has appeared in proceedings at JBLM- Fort Lewis and McChord Field, Camp Murray, Naval Station Everett, Naval Base Kitsap, Coast Guard D13, Fort Carson in Colorado, and others. Jason regularly states that: "The military justice system is a profoundly sacred area of the law and it is an honor to practice within it."

 Jason spent over eight years on active duty in the U.S. Coast Guard, from which he received an Honorable Discharge. He is originally from Buffalo, New York.
